Hi, Iʼm Tom from Signature Hardware. Copper sinks are beautiful and becoming very popular, but it is important for you to remember that copper is a relatively soft metal and minor dents can occur. Donʼt worry, Iʼm going to show you how to fix them.

A copper sink may become inverted or pushed up at its bottom creating what is known as a "high spot." If this high spot is located around the drain, water may not drain properly and could accumulate in the corners of the sink.

To repair a high spot or small dent, simply push it out with the heel of your hand or tap the area with a rubber mallet. A bent rim on your copper sink can be fixed by placing your sink upside down on a solid, level surface and gently tapping with the rubber mallet until flat.

Please remember that any steps taken to remove a dent in your copper sink will not void your warranty. So go ahead, give it a try.
