    Shelf is very handsome. Very happy with it. Had a question prior to purchase and excellent customer service. However all screws, those going into wall and into shelf, too long and had to replace with standard lengths. Standard size very adequate for sturdy installation. Could not find black screws so had to paint screw heads.

    Excellent bracket. The hardware it comes with is flimsy and worthless. I broke the head off 6 screws. So now I have holes to patch etc. very frustrating to have such awful hardware to go with a nice bracket Recommend bracket but get your own hardware

    I love these brackets. I got them in white and was very happy with the look. The screws that come with them are garbage and strip easily. Thankfully, we didn't need them since we ended up screwing ours into cinderblock walls with white Tapcon screws instead. Be careful with you drill because it will scratch off the finish during installation if you are not careful.

    The brackets are well constructed and look great, the screws they come with are terrible and broker constantly. I was securing the brackets to barnwood which is a very strong material so that may have been the issue, 4 screws broke while I was trying to install them! If you're using them with softer material it will probably be ok but I'd recommend just using better screws and painting them white.

solid shelf bracketIt is very hard to find a white metal bracket and these are pretty nice. The white finish is distress w/scratches through the paint and met my expectations. However, one of the two was pretty crooked- still strong and functional but doesn't hang straight when it was leveled under the shelf.

Love these bracketsUsed these brackets to hold distressed shelves in my laundry room ( replaced builders grade wire ones). Just moved to a new house and the buyer wanted them so now I'm looking for a place in our new house to buy some more. Very sturdy with 3 holes to attach each. The small imperfections make them look hand forged and add to the appeal.

brackets good fasteners notThe brackets were everything I wanted but the fasteners not so. I did not trust them to hold my granite shelving. I ended up using grip right stainless steel #1 square head screws. They were longer and gave me more confidence that they would support the shelving I was installing.

Quality and great looking bracketsI will say, in this day in age, I don't always expect the best when buying products anymore BUT these brackets are very nice. Great qualty, workmanship and just look fantastic and very strong. They were better than I expected and love them.

Buy your own screwsWe bought the Destressed White brackets and they are beautiful. Not COMPLETELY square, but that's been mentioned. A word of warning if you're buying the white brackets: They've dipped all of the screws in white paint rendering them nearly useless. Attempting to use them doesnt allow the screw driver head to "bite" and starts to strip the screw almost immediately. Minus one star for the screws. I believe the long Screws are #8 2" wood screws, short are #8 3/4".... but i could be wrong.

Black iron shelf bracketsThe brackets are awesome on the other hand the screws are garbage I broke them off in the wall once they got about half way into the 2x4 inside the wall.

Good price and look great!I'm very pleased with these brackets which we used for open pine shelving in the kitchen. They look terrific and are very strong. We used our own screws though, as others have mentioned. The black finish is very even. Great value. Would definitely order again from Signature Hardware!

lovleyJust what I wanted. I bought them in the distressed white. I own a cottage and they fit the style of the house beautifully. Not elaborate, a functional bracket, but I love the flared area at the screws. Adds just enough detail to make it not utilitarian. Came with all the screws you'll need and they were painted white as well! Nice feature.

disappointedI was excited to receive these, But they are very odd looking...the black powder coating is just....ugly. I am so disappointed. They'll have to go back.

great brackets, terrible screwsThe brackets look great but we had to go out and buy a box of new screws because we had 2 screws break in the wall. A quality product should come with quality hardware IMO.

heavy, nice looking bracketGood looking, heavy metal bracket. The screws are short. We had the same issue with the cabinet hardware. Easy fix, but agree with other reviewers that quality products should come with quality hardware.

Good Looks and QualityThe brackets look great with our simple painted pine shelf. They add interest, being the main focal point, with their hand-forged quality and unique look. They are sturdy. The screws could be better, stripping the head on 2 of them. Very satisfied with the total outcome, though.

Quality ProductFinish was nice and hardware decent enough as well. My only issue is that the shortest supplied screws are too long for 3/4" thick shelf so I had to buy shorter screws. Other than that I will continue to buy from Signature, as their products are top notch and their customer service is exceptional.
