    We just got new heat/air conditioner ducts. So I thought I would go fancy and install decorative registers. Yours went in the den. It looks great. I just wish that your smaller registers have screws. Because our two smaller registers go in the ceiling. I had to purchase them from another company and I like your design better.

    This is a stunning register. And it comes in the unusual size that I need. The only issue I have is that it comes pre-drilled with two holes. It does not show that in the picture or in the description. That was disappointing. I do not want to drill holes in my hardwood floors, so I will have to look for some screw caps that match to fill the holes.

    Screw Hole Position Change

    The screw hole position changed from the last wall register I ordered just a few weeks earlier. The first register had the holes in the middle of the outside bands. This most recent order had the screw holes very near the edge of the outside band. The installers had issues because of this and had to use glue.

    I purchased a brass floor register in this pattern. It was very hard to find just what I wanted! It was beautiful, but it tarnished fairly easily in the bathroom condensation. I had hoped it would last longer!

A Statement Some things add polish and class to a home. The Victorian Brass Wall Register adds a professional finish to the home. It's a vast improvement on the eyesore of a plastic air vent it replaced. Thanks.

5 stars for beauty, 0 for practicalityThis register came to me as a drilled floor register - not an actual wall register. Apparently this is how they distinguish between the floor and wall versions of these registers. The difference is that floor registers are naturally very heavy - so the drilled floor register is not truly safe for a wall because of its weight. The wall opening where I have mine installed is not a perfectly snug fit - its probably 8.1-8.25" opening, so if the screw came loose, this could in theory fall out. Disappointed, as we have children and animals and I cannot take that risk. Can you please list the weight of your products? This would help when ordering registers as it can be a safety issue depending on the register location on the wall.

Beautiful productThe register is beautiful, love it. The quality is excellent and the design is really beautiful. It is pretty heavy because the quality, materials are really nice so you have to have a good sturdy wall opening for it. The service was great from the start, received confirmation right away and it arrived early than expected. My opening in the wall was a little bit to small, old home so the measurements were not the same on all sides. We loved the register so much we had the contractor make some changes, do some extra cutting of the opening to make it fit. Really good product and service. Would definitely recommend .
