Vine Designs Warranty

Warranty:
1 year warranty against defects. Vine Designs will replace the defective piece, once the piece is received and verified. Use of any harsh or abrasive cleansers will void warranty.

Vineyard Collection:
Sorry, no returns are offered on the Vineyard Collection cork cabinet hardware, because each knob and handle is custom made for the customer when the order is placed. If a product is damaged during shipment, please contact customer service immediately.

River Mountain Gems Collection:
All requests for returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please contact customer service for information on returns.
