IDH by St. Simons Warranty

Warranty:
Subject to terms and conditions of this Warranty, St. Simons Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that each of St. Simons' products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase when properly installed and used for the purpose intended by us. St. Simons will repair or replace, at our option, whatever is necessary to eliminate or correct the defect upon presentation of proof of purchase. St. Simons makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied with respect to our products. All such warranties are expressly disclaimed. St. Simons does not assume any responsibility for damage covered by misuse, accident, temperature or weather related conditions, improper storage, improper installation or maintenance, or metal deterioration due to exposure to atmospheric conditions over which St. Simons has no control. St. Simons is not liable for any labor charges, removal or installation expenses, freight or postage or any incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defective product.
