Crating
and Loading
- Each
bath is first wrapped in a protective cellophane wrap. This keeps out
and dirt or dust while it is on it's way to you. The feet are wrapped
with bubble wrap and the rim of the tub is covered with a thick layer
of felt.
- Tubs
are then placed onto a custom built wooden crate. Note how extra wooden
braces are built around the outside of the feet. This helps keep the
tub in place and also protects the feet.
- Tubs
are then strapped on the crate and the top wooden frame is then assembled.
- Once
the tub has been securely fastened on the crate, a layer of cardboard
for further protection is then placed around the crate.
- Tubs
in the final stage ready to be loaded for shipment to our warehouse.
Note the hand hold cut outs for easy manuevering in your house or job
site.
- Each
crate is individually tailored to the size of your tub. This creates
a more secure shipping environment and also cuts down on the waste.
You have less packing material to remove.
