Signature Hardware understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from us, you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item
About Free Shipping
Items over $50 ship free, via standard ground service, to locations within the continental United States.
Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other locations outside the continental US.
Most orders ship via FedEx, UPS Ground, USPS 1st class or USPS Priority.
Orders under $50 ship for just $4.49, via standard ground service, to locations within the contiguous United States.

Your package may be delivered on a Saturday if shipped via FedEx Home or USPS.
Ground shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii or for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. Expedited shipping on in-stock orders placed by 5pm EST will ship the same day and will arrive on a business day, according to the shipment type chosen below. Rates can be found on step 3 (Shipping Options) of the checkout process. Please note: Weekend delivery is not available on expedited items.

Next-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. local time to most U.S. addresses; by 8p.m. to rural areas. No weekend delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please call us within five days at 1-866-855-2284. We will take care of the problem as soon as possible. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.
Large or heavy items typically ship within two business days. Freight delivery is typically 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday). Allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses. Free freight shipping is available to most physical addresses in the US. (Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional fees. Sorry, we can't ship to P.O. Boxes.)
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Someone will have to be on hand to meet the driver and sign for the package. The driver will lower the package to the ground and place it curbside at the end of your driveway. Placement of item on driveway, sidewalk or in the home and package removal is not provided. This is a large, heavy item, so arrange to have additional people help you. Please keep the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return your item.
Items delivered by truck are brought into your home, unpacked and packaging is removed.
Available in the contiguous 48 states for a flat rate of $199.95. Must be purchased at time of order.
Call customer service at 1-866-855-2284 to place your In-Home Delivery order. Delivery service will then contact you to schedule date and time frame.
Please note: Delivery limited to first two floors of residence. Installation/assembly not provided. In-Home Delivery not offered for stone and bronze tubs.
Shipping to Canada
Signature Hardware uses FedEx to ship parcels to Canada, and will calculate all charges during checkout for exact cost of delivery prior to actual purchase.
Signature Hardware cannot currently calculate and resolve import fees for large shipments. Any duty, tax, brokerage will be calculated when the item enters Canada and will be the responsibility of the customer/consignee.
Signature Hardware uses parcel carrier express service for international orders, and freight service for large or oversized items. International shipping is quoted by Customer Service and delivery time varies. Please contact customer service with specific questions.
Due to manufacturer restrictions, as well as international and domestic regulations, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
