Shipping and Delivery

Signature Hardware understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from us, you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.

Backordered Items

If an item is out of stock you will be contacted you as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the backordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the backordered item

About Free Shipping

Items over $50 ship free, via standard ground service, to locations within the continental United States.
Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other locations outside the continental US.
Most orders ship via FedEx, UPS Ground, USPS 1st class or USPS Priority.

Flat-Rate Shipping

Orders under $50 ship for just $4.49, via standard ground service, to locations within the contiguous United States.

Ground Shipping

Up to 5 Business Days (does not include processing time).
Your package may be delivered on a Saturday if shipped via FedEx Home or USPS.
Ground shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii or for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Expedited shipping

Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. Expedited shipping on in-stock orders placed by 5pm EST will ship the same day and will arrive on a business day, according to the shipment type chosen below. Rates can be found on step 3 (Shipping Options) of the checkout process. Please note: Weekend delivery is not available on expedited items.

3-Day Service

3 Business Days (does not include processing time). No weekend delivery.

2-Day Air Service

2 Business Days (does not include processing time). No weekend delivery.

Next-Day Air

Next-business-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. local time to most U.S. addresses; by 8p.m. to rural areas. No weekend delivery.

White Glove Delivery

Items delivered by truck are brought into your home, unpacked and packaging is removed.
Available in the contiguous 48 states for a flat rate of $199.95. Must be purchased at time of order.
Call customer service at 1-866-855-2284 to place your White Glove Delivery order. Delivery service will then contact you to schedule date and time frame.
Please note: Delivery limited to first two floors of residence. Installation/assembly not provided. White Glove Delivery not offered for stone and bronze tubs.

Accepting a Shipment

The customer is responsible for inspecting items for possible damage and signing for the delivery. Please check items for damage before signing the delivery receipt. If you do find damage, please contact customer service within five days at 1-866-855-2284. We will determine if the damage is extensive or cosmetic and whether the shipment should be accepted or refused. If delivery is accepted, write "Items delivered damaged" and then sign the delivery receipt. We will correct or replace any damaged items to your satisfaction.

Delivery Information

Truck Delivery

Large, heavy items, such as tubs, vanities and some oversized sinks, ship via truck (common carrier). Other select items, such as fragile objects or orders of large quantities, may also ship via common carrier, in an effort to ship orders as safely and quickly as possible.

Scheduled Delivery

Common carrier shipments are delivered to the curb of residential addresses. Signature Hardware will email you the name of the freight company, who will then confirm a delivery window. Deliveries that require extra effort may be subject to an extended area fee. Please notify customer service if there are space constraints or other obstacles that may complicate delivery.

Lift-Gate Service

For extremely heavy shipments such as bathtubs, the driver will place the crate at your curb using a lift-gate. The customer is responsible for bringing the crate from the curb into the home. The driver cannot be responsible for moving, inspecting, or unpacking the crate.

Shipping to Canada

Signature Hardware uses FedEx to ship parcels to Canada, and will calculate all charges during checkout for exact cost of delivery prior to actual purchase.

Signature Hardware cannot currently calculate and resolve import fees for large shipments. Any duty, tax, brokerage will be calculated when the item enters Canada and will be the responsibility of the customer/consignee.

International Shipping

Signature Hardware uses parcel carrier express service for international orders, and freight service for large or oversized items. International shipping is quoted by Customer Service and delivery time varies. Please contact customer service with specific questions.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to manufacturer restrictions, as well as international and domestic regulations, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
