Shipping and Delivery

Signature Hardware usually processes orders on the same business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please note that some items that ship directly from the manufacturer will not have tracking numbers.

About Free Shipping

Items over $50 ship free via ground service to locations within the continental United States.
Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other locations outside the continental US.
Most orders ship via FedEx, UPS Ground, USPS 1st class or USPS Priority.

Flat-Rate Shipping

On any order under $50, pay just $4.49 to ship your order. Applies to ground service within the contiguous 48 states.

Ground Shipping

Up to 7 Business Days (does not include processing time).
Saturday delivery, if shipped via FedEx Home service
Not available for Alaska or Hawaii or for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses
In the case of a backorder, we will notify you if your order will take more than seven days to process.

Expedited shipping

Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. Expedited shipping on in-stock orders placed by 5pm EST will ship the same day. Rates can be found on step 3 (Shipping Options) of the checkout process. Weekend delivery is not available on expedited items.

Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.

Accepting a Shipment

The customer is responsible for inspecting items for possible damage and signing for the delivery. If you do find damage to your items, please contact customer service toll free at 1-866-855-2284 before you sign the delivery receipt. We will determine if the damage is extensive or cosmetic and whether the shipment should be accepted or refused. If delivery is accepted, write "Items delivered damaged" and then sign the delivery receipt. We will correct or replace any damaged items to your satisfaction.

Delivery Information

Truck Delivery

Large, heavy items, such as tubs, vanities and some oversized sinks, ship via truck (common carrier). Other select items, such as fragile objects or orders of large quantities, may also ship via common carrier, in an effort to ship orders as safely and quickly as possible.

Scheduled Delivery

Common carrier shipments are delivered to the curb of residential addresses. Signature Hardware will email you the name of the freight company, who will then confirm a delivery window. Deliveries that require extra effort may be subject to an extended area fee. Please notify customer service if there are space constraints or other obstacles that may complicate delivery.

Lift-Gate Service

For extremely heavy shipments such as bathtubs, the driver will place the crate at your curb using a lift-gate. The customer is responsible for bringing the crate from the curb into the home. The driver cannot be responsible for moving, inspecting, or unpacking the crate.

Shipping to Canada

Signature Hardware uses FedEx to ship parcels to Canada, and will calculate all charges during checkout for exact cost of delivery prior to actual purchase.

Signature Hardware cannot currently calculate and resolve import fees prior for large shipments. Any duty, tax, brokerage will be calculated when the item enters Canada and will be the responsibility of the customer/consignee.

International Shipping

Signature Hardware uses parcel carrier express service for international orders, and freight service for large or oversized items. International shipping is quoted by Customer Service and delivery time varies. Please contact customer service with specific questions.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to manufacturer restrictions, as well as international and domestic regulations, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.
