Our products are covered by manufacturers' warranties. If you receive a product you believe to be defective, please consult the manufacturer's warranty information that was packaged with your product. If your product did not come with a statement of warranty, please contact customer service for assistance toll free at 1-866-855-2284.
If your merchandise is damaged in shipping, please contact us within five working days. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and sending a replacement to you. Keep all boxes and packing material for inspection. Claims for lost items or damaged items after 5 working days will not be recognized. Upon receipt of items shipped via common carrier, such as tubs, inspect the crate for damage immediately. If you find damage, refuse the shipment and contact us promptly.
Signature Hardware's warranty does not include any coverage for downtime expense or any other expense incurred by the customer as a result of a defective product.
