Our kitchen has finally been completed, and the sink and garbage disposal successfully installed. As you may recall the opening for the sink and garbage disposal did not align. You had suggested we call your plumber on staff to resolve the issue.

Dear Signature -

We are nearly finished with our kitchen update.  Still some touch up painting and electrical work left, but I wanted you to see my new range hood.  We really love it and it has added some "class" to our digs.

One funny thing is that when we took it out of the box and I saw it was BLUE, I just about died.  Then my installer picked me off the floor and explained, it was a protector cover. The only thing I would suggest is that the lights would have a dimmer or night light. Other than that it is perfect!

Attached are our new bathroom pictures showing the tub and faucet we purchased from you. I wish that I had taken before pictures because you would not believe the changes made. The room is a small space (5' x 8') and was made smaller by the old fixtures.

I promised "a picture" of my new bath, but I hope you don't mind if a send a few, instead.
  
As I explained, the total dimensions of the bathroom are 66 inches by 78 inches -- I don't think they get much smaller !!
The tub is original to the house, and only needed the outside refinished, as the inside was in remarkably good shape. It's been in the house since at least the 40's, most likely earlier.

The WINDOW was the major transformation. I was very lucky to know a fellow whose specialty is window manufacture and installation. I bought the top piece of the window at a historical reclamation shop. My guy then built the rest of the window around it, beginning with an etched fern pattern glass I liked, and we had the "clear side" sandblasted to provide privacy glass.  The two upper etched windows open in Louver fashion. All window areas are thermo paned. The new window dimensions are 54" x 45" as opposed to the old window at 15" x 18". 

And, of course, I now have the option of showering, thanks to the beautiful hardware purchased from you folks. What a treat this is going to be.

I wish I had found these years ago! I have spent at least $100 on shower curtain rings in the last year, trying to find the "perfect" ones. I never thought I would find ones that I would describe as "perfect". Your product seems to fit the bill; they glide effortlessly. Who wants to fight the shower curtain first thing in the morning? I never write product appreciation emails, but I feel your product deserves a round of applause for providing a quality product that eliminates an annoying pet peeve, the clumsy shower curtain hook.

We bought a surface mounted shower from you. I do not remember the model number but I am sure that you can look it up. We just want to let you know that this shower is awesome in every way and it is well worth the cost. The mechanical temperature mixer works great. It is a true pleasure to take a shower with this unit. The shower is beautiful and everyone who sees it comments on how pretty it is. It fits in perfectly to the decor in our 1836/1850/1868 home and, although the house would not have had indoor plumbing when it was built, the shower certainly contributes to the historic look that we are trying to recreate.

I installed the shower myself and found it to be incredibly easy to install. Everything that I needed except plumbers tape, caulk, and tools was in the box. Although there were no instructions, the installation procedure was obvious. I had it in and working in about half an hour. I cannot say as much for other shower units that we purchased elsewhere for other bathrooms.

In our previous home we purchased a similar shower unit from another company, but it was three times more expensive. Although we do not yet know how your shower holds up over time, I can say with confidence that this shower is at least as nice in all other regards as the fancy Italian brand that we used before.

Our remodeling project is finally coming to an end after almost 5 months and the tub we bought fits in beautifully. We were concerned about shoehorning the tub into such a small space, but were pleased to discover that the room feels larger with a freestanding tub.

Hi - Here's our great experience with your website and products:

We're remodeling a shabby 50's bathroom and wanted a big soaking tub that was long but wouldn't overwhelm the room. I'd been waiting eight years for my tub. I searched everywhere on the internet, learning the many factors to my decision. We were doing all the work ourselves and the customer service folks talked us through it with great caring and clarity. They partnered with us to make sure our project was a success. Delivery was also a pleasurable experience. We were given the phone number of the local facility from which the tub would be delivered so that we could arrange a time that worked for us. It turned out that I was alone at the house when the truck arrived. The driver was exceptionally helpful and friendly and went out of his way to be sure I was satisfied. We then purchased the English Telephone faucet with the recommended drain pipes and, again, customer service talked us through a tricky installation. The tub is now installed and happily being used.

At our local hardware outlets, we were unable to find a lavatory small enough for our guest bathroom, and the bathroom re-do was completed except for the lavatory. We were a little frantic since we're expecting guests soon who will be using that bathroom for a month, so we had a real time crunch. After scouring the internet for a small, good quality pedestal lavatory (and finding almost nothing small enough), we found Signature Hardware and ordered the Mini-Washington, along with your Old English Lavatory Faucet and the fittings for the lavatory, all in brushed nickel. We placed the order just a few days ago, and everything arrived today--exactly as ordered.
