Placing
an order at Signature Hardware is easy. There's
no need to create an account first. Signature Hardware
also accepts orders
by phone and fax. Contact customer service to place
an order over the phone or via fax.
Finding Items: We've
made it easy to find what you want. The category
tree on the left side of each page allows you to
browse quickly to different
groups of items. Once you click on a major category,
you will find items that we are featuring in that
category. You will also find additional
subcategories in most of our main categories that
separate products with different styles. Clicking
on one of these subcategories will bring up the full
product line for that style of item.
Searching
is easy.
We've included a search feature at the top
of each page. Simply enter your search term and
click the "GO" button. You can search by entering
a product number from our catalog, or by entering
keywords that describe the product you are looking
for.
Still can't
locate an item? Chances are, we have or can get the item you
are looking for. Feel free to e-mail or call us toll-free. If you're shopping during our customer service hours, you can also click the "Chat Now" button on the top right of your screen. We're more than
happy to chat.
Add Items to Your Shopping
Cart. When you are ready to
purchase an item, click the "Add to Cart" button
on the product detail page. This will take you
to the shopping cart. If you have more items to purchase
or would like to keep browsing for products, you can access
the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking
the "Shopping Cart" icon at the top of every page.
Proceed to Checkout. Take
a moment to review all of the items you've placed
in your Shopping Cart. Here you can update the quantity of your items
or clear your cart completely. When you're ready
to place your order, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You will
be taken to the checkout page.
Sign In or Begin Checkout. If you already have an account, you can click "Sign In" at the top of the checkout page. (New customers may create an account at the end of the checkout process if desired.)
Enter a Shipping Address. Tell
us where you would like us to ship your order. Please
note that Signature Hardware does not currently ship
to P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs
at this time. Fill out the address information on
the left hand side. Items in bold must be entered.
If the Bill-To address is the same as the Ship-To
address, you may leave it blank. Otherwise enter
a new Bill-To address.
Select Shipping Method, Payment Type, and Coupon
Code. Consider
how quickly you would like to receive your order,
and choose a shipping method. Shipping
times vary and do not include process times. See
product detail for estimated shipment processing.
Choose your payment type. If you wish to order by
means other than credit card, please call customer
service. If you have a coupon code, enter it here.
Enter Credit Card Information. Enter
the name, card number (dashes
are optional) and expiration date of the card. Check
the accuracy of the information
provided and make any necessary adjustments.
When you are ready, click the "Place Order" button
to submit your order. Once you place your order, we
will send you a confirmation e-mail message.

time of shipment.
