Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to your e-mail account. Please note that some items, such as catalogs that ship via US Mail or items that ship directly from the manufacturer, will not have tracking numbers. Shipping times vary once your order is enroute. For standard ground service, allow 2-4 additional business days to the West Coast, and 1-3 additional business days to the Midwest and East Coast. In the rare case of a backorder, we will attempt to notify you if your order will take more than seven days to process. |

FedEx will make three delivery attempts to your shipping address on three consecutive days. After 3 attempts, they will hold the package at their local station for two additional business days before returning to sender. For more information visit the FedEx website. |

UPS will make three delivery attempts to your shipping address. After the third attempt, they will hold the package at their warehouse for you to pick up. In most cases, UPS will not leave the package without a signature. For more information visit the UPS website. |

Truck Delivery *Your Tracking number is sent via email when your order has shipped from our warehouse.

Large, heavy items such as tubs, vanities, one piece toilets, and some oversized sinks, ship via truck (common carrier). Other select items, such as fragile objects or orders of large quantities, may also ship via common carrier. In an effort to ship orders as safely and quickly as possible, Signature Hardware will ship orders via common carrier at our discretion.
Scheduled Delivery
Common carrier shipments will be delivered to the curb for residential addresses. Signature Hardware will send you an email with the name of the freight company, who will then call ahead to the number on your order to confirm a delivery window during normal business hours. Deliveries that require extraordinary effort may be subject to an extended area fee; please notify customer service if there are space constraints, natural or manmade barriers, or other obstacles that may complicate delivery.
Lift-Gate Service
The driver will bring the crate from the back of the truck to the ground level at your curb by using a lift-gate. The customer is responsible for bringing the crate from the curb into the home. The driver cannot be responsible for moving, inspecting, or unpacking the crate. Lift-gate service is reserved for extremely heavy shipments such as bathtubs, and is not necessary on most vanity or vitreous china deliveries.
Accepting Shipment
The customer is responsible for inspecting the items for possible damage and signing for the delivery. If you do find damage to your items, please contact customer service toll free at 1-866-855-2284 before you sign the delivery receipt accepting delivery. We will determine if the damage is extensive or cosmetic and whether the shipment should be accepted or refused. If delivery is accepted write "Items delivered damaged" and then sign the delivery receipt. We will correct or replace any damaged items to your satisfaction. |

What it Means
- Select items from Signature Hardware ship free via ground service to locations within the contiguous 48 states.
- Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other locations outside the US.
- Most orders ship via FedEx or UPS Ground or USPS 1st class or USPS Priority. Expedited shipping is available for these orders at an additional charge. Expedited shipping rates can be found on step 3 (Shipping Options) of the checkout process
Truck Shipments
- Larger, oversized items such as tubs, toilets, and some sinks ship via truck (common carrier).
- Truck shipments cannot be expedited. For more details, please see the Delivery Information section.

Signature Hardware uses FedEx to ship parcels to Canada, and will calculate all charges during checkout so you know the exact cost of delivery prior to actual purchase.
Truck shipments (tubs, large orders) will ship via common carrier and additional shipping charges will apply. Any duty, tax, brokerage will be calculated when the item enters Canada and will be the responsibility of the customer/consignee. Signature Hardware cannot currently calculate and resolve import fees prior to shipping for these types of shipments.
