| Please refer to the item information screen for delivery schedule. Typically, orders are processed within three business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to your e-mail account. Please note that some items, such as catalogs that ship via US Mail or items that ship directly from the manufacturer, will not have tracking numbers. Shipping times vary once your order is enroute. For standard ground service, allow 5-7 additional business days to the West Coast, and 2-4 additional business days to the Midwest and East Coast. In the rare case of a backorder, we will attempt to notify you if your order will take more than seven days to process. |
Parcel Carrier Delivery

FedEx will make three delivery attempts to your shipping address on three consecutive days. After 3 attempts, they will hold the package at their local station for two additional business days before returning to sender. For more information visit the FedEx website. |

UPS will make three delivery attempts to your shipping address. After the third attempt, they will hold the package at their warehouse for you to pick up. Please note that most packages sent require a signature. In most cases, UPS will not leave the package without a signature. For more information visit the UPS website. |

Truck Delivery
|
|
Large, heavy items such as tubs, vanities, toilets, and some oversized sinks, ship via truck (common carrier). Other select items, such as some fragile objects or orders of large quantities, may also ship via truck. In an effort to ship orders as safely and quickly as possible, Signature Hardware will ship orders via truck at our discretion.
Scheduled Delivery
Truck shipments will be delivered to the curb for residential addresses. Signature Hardware will send you an email with the name of the freight company, who will then call ahead to the number on your order to confirm a delivery time during normal business hours. Deliveries that require extraordinary effort may be subject to an extended area fee; please notify customer service if there are space constraints, natural or manmade barriers, or other obstacles that may complicate delivery.
Lift-Gate Service
The driver will bring the crate from the back of the truck to the ground level at your curb by using a lift-gate. The customer is responsible for bringing the crate from the curb into the home. The driver cannot be responsible for moving, inspecting, or unpacking the crate. Lift-gate service is reserved for extremely heavy shipments such as bathtubs, and is not necessary on most vanity or vitreous china deliveries.
Accepting Shipment
The customer is responsible for inspecting the items for possible damage and signing for the delivery. If there is any damage, the customer should refuse the shipment and contact customer service toll free at 1-866-855-2284 within five business days. What it Means
- Select items from Signature Hardware ship free via ground service to locations within the contiguous 48 states.
- Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other locations outside the US.
- Most orders ship via FedEx or UPS Ground, and expedited shipping is available for these orders at an additional charge. Please call customer service toll free at 1-866-855-2284 for a price quote.
Truck Shipments
- Larger, oversized items such as tubs, toilets, and some sinks ship via truck (common carrier).

Signature Hardware uses parcel carriers for most orders that can be packed under 70 lbs. per box. Ground and 3 day service is offered for customers in the continental US. Items to Hawaii and Alaska typically ship via 2 day air service; please call for a quote. Catalogs ship via USPS Bulk Rate. Items that include shipping are either shipped via ground service or common carrier (truck), all tubs are shipped via common carrier. If you need an item quickly, please call customer service for 2 day or overnight air service. Please note that customer service can advise if the item is in stock and when it will ship. Signature Hardware makes no guarantee of carrier shipping times. Any requests for refund of shipping must be claimed with the carrier.

Signature Hardware uses parcel carrier ground service for Canadian orders. Signature Hardware will fill out the necessary paperwork. The customer is responsible for customs clearance, import duties and any other storage or customs related fees.
Tubs will ship to Canada at an additional charge. Please contact customer service for a quote.
