Canceling an Order:
If you wish to cancel one or more items on your order, please call within one hour of placing your order. Signature Hardware will attempt to cancel the items for you. In order to request cancellation, please call 1-866-855-2284 and speak to a Customer Service Representative. No e-mail or voice mail requests, please.
Making Changes To Your Order:
If you wish to change or substitute one or
more items on your order, please call within one hour of placing
your order. Signature Hardware will attempt to change these items
or help place a new order. In order to request a change or substitution,
please call 1-866-855-2284 and speak to a Customer Service Representative. No e-mail or voice mail requests, please.
Why Such A Strict Policy?
Simple. Your order is sent
to our shipping department or the manufacturer as quickly as
possible to ensure prompt delivery. Once the order has been transmitted
to the manufacturer or our shipping department, it is very difficult
to stop the shipment. For this reason, Signature Hardware cannot
guarantee order cancellation. If the order does ship, shipping
charges will not be refunded.
Please note that any unused item can be returned within 30 days of receipt
of shipment. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
