- Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
- Signature Hardware currently accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept money orders, business checks and personal checks. To place an order by check, please call customer service at the number below. Please note that there is a $50 returned check fee.

- Q. Is there a shipping cost?
- We offer free shipping on any order over $50 to anywhere in the continental United States. For items under, $50, there is a $4.49 shipping charge. Shipping to Canada and other countries outside the United States have certain restrictions. Please see our Shipping Policies for more details.
- Q. Do you charge a sales tax?
- Items purchased and shipped to Kentucky and orders from our showroom are subject to sales tax. All other orders are free of tax.
- Q. How do I cancel or change an order?
- Please call customer service as soon as possible. We are usually able to cancel your order or make changes within an hour of your ordering. If an item has already shipped, keep in mind that you may return it within 30 days.
- Q. How do I make a return?
- We accept returns on items in saleable condition made within 30 days of purchase. For guidelines on how to return an item and exceptions, please see our Repairs & Returns.
- Q. Do you offer a warranty?
- Signature Hardware products are covered for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. Some items, such as those with living finishes, are not covered by our warranty. For more information, also see our Warranty page.
- Q. What is a living finish?
- A living finish is a natural patina on a metal or other material. Examples include unsealed copper, nickel and bronze, teak and bamboo. These items are subject to the effects of weather, water and air, and their appearance can be expected to change over time.
- Q. Do you have a catalog?
- Signature Hardware currently prints an annual full-color catalog that is available for free.
- Q. Do you sell gift certificates?
- Gift certificates may be purchased from customer service by calling 1-866-855-2284 or emailing Customer Service.
- Q. How do I learn about new products or special offers?
- You can sign up for our Newsletter for notifications on the latest products and specials.
- Q. How do I request product for a magazine or other media?
- Signature Hardware welcomes requests for information, photo, and interview requests from journalists. Most of our products are available as high resolution (300 dpi) TIFF files for inclusion in print editorials. For quick consideration, e-mail your request.
