Copper
Mauviel offers two copper collections: M'heritage and M'tradition. The M'heritage collection features a stainless steel interior, while the M'tradition collection features a tin interior. M'passion, the pastry collection, also includes several copper products.
Copper cookware allows for unsurpassed heat conductivity and control. With basic care and maintenance, your copper pans will last for many years to come.
Caring for your copper cookware:
To clean, hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry with a soft cloth.
Copper will naturally darken and develop a rich patina over time. To maintain a polished surface, clean with copper cleaner after each use.
Because copper cookware heats faster than other materials, most dishes will require lower heat settings. |

Stainless Steel
Mauviel offers two collections made of stainless steel: M'cook and M'basic. Both collections are incredibly easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
M'cook: The M'cook collection offers professionals and household cooks the highest culinary technology. Seven layers of materials provide perfect conductivity for each product, thanks to fast and uniform heat distribution. The handles are made from cast stainless steel, cast iron, stainless steel or bonze, and reinforce the pure and modern design of this collection.
M'basic: Efficient, rapid, useful, comfortable and safe are the strengths of this collection. All the styles have tubular handles that are made from cold stainless steel and non-drip edges are offered on all products. The sandwich thermoradiant bottom, which is designed for cooking on all surfaces, including induction, is available from the smallest to the largest sizes. |
