facilities in North America produce a wide range of plumbing products for homes
and business throughout the world. The largest of these is still Kohler, Wisconsin,
where the company operates a vitreous china pottery, a cast iron foundry and
enamel shop, a faucet manufacturing operation, and a 200-acre plumbing distribution
center. Vitreous china, fiberglass and acrylic plumbing products are also manufactured
at facilities in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and Brownwood, Texas.

Englefield Bathroomware,

KOHLER® plumbing fixtures,
faucets and fittings are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship
for one year from date of installation.
Kohler Co. will, at its election,
repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler Co. inspection discloses
any such defects occurring in normal usage within one year after installation.
Kohler Co. is not responsible for removal or installation costs.
