Warranty:
Herbeau
Creations of America warrants the quality of its products to
be free of defects in material and workmanship, except for finishes,
for a period of five years from the date of purchase as indicated
by the purchaser's receipt. There is a lifetime warranty on all
hand painted decorations on Vitreous China products. A two year
warranty applies to Polished Nickel, Old Silver, Satin Nickel
and Old Gold finishes only. Solid brass carries a lifetime finish
warranty. All Fireclay products have a one year warranty on manufacturer
defects and ten years for fading / staining. There is no warranty
on Weathered Copper and Brass finishes! Our faucets and sinks
are manufactured from the highest quality copper and brass. Polished
Copper and Brass will naturally tarnish but can be restored to
its original shine by polishing it with a brass polisher. Our
popular Weathered Copper and Brass finish has already been pre-weathered
through a scientific process creating a patina which will develop
an even more refined look with age. Product problems attributable
to abuse, misuse, improper installation, hard water, marine environment,
maintenance or accidental damage are not covered by any warranty.
Cleaning and maintenance instructions are included with every
item. This warranty is limited to defective parts replacement
only. Labor charges and/or damages incurred in installation,
repair, removal or replacement are not covered. Any incidental
or consequential damages resulting from any defects in material
are not included. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of consequential damages; therefore if such exclusion or limitation
is applicable, the above limitation may not apply to you.
