Iron Tubs Are In Stock
We
carry a large inventory of cast iron bath tubs in our warehouse.
We are located just outside Cincinnati, OH and most freight deliveries
arrive within 7 business days after shipment to any location in
the continental United States. Since we stock the bath tubs on
site, we can prep and ship most orders within 2 to 3 business days
of placing your order. Need your order quicker? Most orders can
be expedited and shipped for an additional fee with a guaranteed
delivery date. Ask your customer service agent for details and
pricing.
Custom
Finishing and Painting
All
of our cast iron tubs are expertly finished on the outside. They
are smoothed and then primed with a rust preventative primer. Finally,
they are painted with two coats of a warm white oil based enamel
on the outside. We use professional grade paints for a long lasting
finish. We can also custom paint the outside of most cast iron
tubs for you for an additional fee. Provide us with a color sample
to match or a Porter Paints Color Number. Ask your customer service
agent for details.
Tub
Prep and Inspection
All
tubs are thoroughly quality checked before they leave our warehouse.
We want to ensure that you receive a top rate tub.
Crating
and Shipping
All
cast iron tubs are expertly packed in a heavy wood crate. Our crates are
durable and strong but are easily opened with a screwdriver. All
cast iron tubs are shipped via common carrier or can be picked
up from our warehouse. When shipped by common carrier, we will
instruct the trucking company to call you 24 hours in advance so
you can be ready to receive the shipment. All tubs are crated and
packed to insure they are not damaged during transit. If you should
receive a tub that is damaged in transit, please note on the packing
slip and refuse delivery. Contact customer service and we will
work with the trucking company to get the tub returned and we will
ship a new tub to you.
We
will instruct the trucking company to call you 24 hours in advance
to setup a delivery time. The trucking company will generally pull
up on the paved road in front of your house or job site. We will
instruct the trucking company to lower the crated tub to the ground
via hydraulic liftgate. You will be responsible for moving the
crated tub off the liftgate and onto the ground and then into your
house or jobsite. Note: Inside delivery is not available for tubs
or any item shipped via truck.
