These bath mats and shower mats are made of teak wood, which is naturally resistant to moisture and ideal for use in bathrooms. The mats can be sealed to maintain their honey-colored hue, or simply left to weather to a lovely silver-gray. Applying oil to weathered teak revives it to its original color, making it one of the easiest woods to care for in a bathroom or outdoors.
You can add a bath mat next to your copper or acrylic bathtub, or outside your shower stall where you have mounted an exposed pipe shower or a thermostatic showers. For use outside, place a teak shower mat underneath a stainless steel shower panel or brass outdoor shower for a designated pool shower area. |
