This faucet is really gorgeous and when it works, it is a pleasure. However I had the same problem as others posted here with the shower diverter knob. After about two months, the diverter knob became frozen and whenever we turned on the water it came out both the tub faucet and shower head. Signature hardware was great about sending out a replacement but it failed about a month later. Same problem. I completely disassembled the diverter and saw that the o-ring had slipped off its groove. I put it back and solved the problem. However during this process I realized that the diverter pull knob is designed improperly in that it allows a user to push/pull the knob past the point where the o-ring has to come out of its intended seat. If you buy this unit exercise caution when engaging or disengaging the shower diverter; only move it the minimum necessary to direct the water where you want it. Do NOT push/pull to a hard stop.

We love the look and function of this free standing tub faucet. Our plumber said it was easy to put in. It fills the tub in a reasonable amout of time. I did have to get use to the hand held sprayer taking a while to empty so it did not drip when I hung it back up, but it is great to have to rinse away the bubbles

I brought this unit because my claw foot tub sits in the middle of the room. The washer unit in the faucet was not functioning. They sent me a replacement right way. After a few baths, the shower handle started leaking when the water is on. So it has to hang over the tub for the water not to drip on the floor. Also, the lever that allow the water from going to the faucet to the shower is so hard to lift that I have to have pliers close by. Also, only 1/2 of the water goes through the shower handle that has therefor a pretty weak flow. I have installed 5 claw foot tubs . These plumbing fixtures have been the poorest.

The quality of this product and the tub is great. Very happy with the products. Only suggestion is to include instructions in the shipping. I hired a plumber but he would have liked to have instructions. We are extremely happy with it. Keep up the good work. Also your customer service department is A1! Best service we've received in a while!
    • Nice Looking, but we also had trouble with the diverter

Faucet install went OK, looks very nice and stands sturdy (I was a little afraid it wouldn't be stable with just the floor mount but it seems fine). But after a couple dozen uses, the diverter valve stopped working well. Kept getting a dribble of water out of the hand shower which goes on the floor (no way to get the hand shower adjusted to drip over the tub) so it had to be fixed. Turns out the fix is to take apart the diverter; you do that by pulling up the small round handle (into hand shower position) and that exposes some wrench flats that allows it to be disassembled. There is an o-ring (it's tight to pull out the diverter assembly because of this O ring) that I cleaned, and lubricated with a plumbers O-ring Teflon lub. Put it back it and worked terrible, pulled it out again and saw the o-ring had moved out of it's groove when I re-assembled it. Put it back together more carefully (tricky getting the O ring in, used a screw driver to keep it from popping out of it's groove) and now the faucet appears to work fine. Wished it would have worked from the start. Also, the stream for the hand shower seems more weak than I would expect.

I would love it if it worked. The handheld faucet and the faucet both run whenever the water is on, whether the hand held faucet is turned on or not. They already sent us a replacement part once, and after about a dozed uses, it did it again. Maybe the whole faucet is defective, but I'm really stuck now with this style, as I bought the matching bathroom faucets too. I'm hoping for a fix that works this time.

Once I had measured and remeasured my floor joists and the jackhammered hole in my bathroom floor, I ordered this free standing faucet. I waited only 3 working days for it to arrive, and poured the patch in the floor. I made a 2 piece cardboard template to plug the hole in the floor. I used a piece of 2" PVC drain pipe for the drain hole. I then made a 2 piece plywood flood form, from the templates. It took several layers of latex floor patch to get hole to pitch away from the tub. I then finished the patch with mosiac tile to match the floor. Grout hardened and hammer drilled for the collar screws. The faucet fit perfectly, the substantial collar covered any cracks in the tile. Installing and hooking up the faucet was easy compared to all the prep work and the brushed nickel matches the 90 year old bathroom fixtures. The single hole was easier to center and collar allows exact adjustment to your tub height. Looks great!

This freestanding tub faucet is so beautiful. The lines of it are like art, and the finish is lovely. The water flow from the faucet is quiet but still strong and very soothing. Like the hand held shower but don't know how it will last. Have not had it long enough to say.

Great Product and ServiceThe faucet was just what we were looking for. I was concerned at first about ordering online without being able to see the product but it is excellent quality and very sturdy.

Great Faucet, Great StyleThis is a great faucet. We chose it for price, (very reasonable for new builders) and style. It bridges nicely between a vintage and modern look, working well in a transitional decor. Our plumber was pleased with the ease of installation, and we are pleased with the quality. Overall, a great buy!

Oil Rubbed Bronze is not what it seemsWe ordered this to match our other oil-rubbed bronze fixtures, only to find out that the finish is much lighter than our other darker fixtures. This is not a flaw in the design or quality, but beware that the picture may be somewhat misleading.
