We purchased our home in 2011. It's a craftsman bungalow, built in 1926 and is full of original and very old fixtures. When the valves wore out on our old shower, I spent several days scouring websites and specialty hardware stores without any luck finding the needed valves. I then began searching the same places for an entire replacement faucet and shower assembly, and I found this one on the Signature hardware website. It turned out to be a perfect fit, and the styling complements our bathroom, which retains the 1920's feel.

I find this shower combination to be quite excellent. The water pressure was not very good but I had my plumber remove the flow restricter and now it is the best shower I have ever owned. Would recommend it to anyone. The overall quality is good, very heavy duty.
    • Shower head has issues

The shower head is beautiful but poorly designed. It is essentially a large hollow shell that obliterates water pressure. Our pressure is quite strong since our first-floor bathroom is close to the water main. The stream that comes out of the tub fill is not graceful (partly due to our strong water pressure!), and the edges of the fill are crude.
