I did a lot of web searching for a ceramic toilet paper holder and read all reviews about other models. The 2 major complaints on toilet paper rolls in general were the roll itself was cheap and flimsy plastic, and that a large roll of toilet paper wouldn't fit.
I used Signature's chat program, and he confirmed the roll was also brass and gave me the distance from the roller to the wall. He was extremely quick and helpful. I'm 100% pleased with the product and the service. I then ordered another one for the powder room. The only thing I wish it had in the directions was either a template type thing on the instruction sheet showing the exact points to drill the holes for the two mounting brackets on either side -- either that or tell me how far apart they should be placed. Drilling into drywall and using anchors need to be exact because it's difficult to move them if you're even a quarter inch off because you have to deal with a large hole.
Regardless, I highly recommend this item.
