Not the Quality Expected from Signature HardwareFirst of all the directions that were provided were not for the parts included for installation. Directions pictured a completely different installation process and parts. We were also missing set screws to hold the whole towel bar in place. Instead they included regular screws which did not fit. My main concern is the lack of quality of this product. While the actual towel bar is made from good (not high) quality material, the brackets are made from cheap plastic with a chrome coating which peeled off during normal installation. If you are looking for a towel bar that combines function and style - keep looking. This one already looks bad in a newly remodeled bathroom. for those still thinking about purchasing this product - my wife added insult to injury when finding out how much we paid. Her comment was definitely NOT worth the $$ paid. Gets a 2 star for actually working as described. all it would take for 4 or maybe even a five start would be to use actual steel brackets and provide the correct installation directions to match the brackets sent.
DisappointedI bought this because it was the largest and the highest wattage I could find. I thought the liquid filled heating would be a plus.. the thing clicks and rattles like an old home radiator that needs to be burped of air. I have gotten up a few times in the middle of the night to shut it off. It make a lot of noise!
