Switch is not hot resistantI have two items of such towel warmer. Both work OK but 150 W power is too much. It gets too hot. Because of that the ON/OFF swith is melting and could break in 2 years (my first towel warmer) or after 5 years of service (second towel warmer). Be ready to replace switch (it is not always possible, depends on length of wires) or deal with warranty, or just buy new one after switch breaks.
Towel not warmerSadly, this item is not as warm as when first purchased. After being used for less than one year, I began to realize the towels were not as warm as when I had the unit installed. The bars do not heat uniformly, and there are bars that I can literally grip with my hand. When the item was new, I could barely touch the bars without getting burned. At first one bar got cool, then two bars were cool. Now all the bars are cooler than when it was new. I'm very disappointed with the performance of this product. As a side note, it was installed about one year ago, and not used at all for months at a time.
LoveI ordered this for a client and they love that it dried their towels and they were warm and ready the next morning.
